  1. Interesting find indeed. When I first read “wellness””, the only thing that came to my mind was HEALTH. Lol. It’s fascinating to to know that it also has to do with our finances and our environment. Nice.

Its absolutely true that wellness begins at home. The food you eat, the cleanliness of your clothes, environment, how well you treat yourself to be more COMFORTABLE with you.

Brief but powerful message altogether. I enjoyed the read.

    1. Glad you enjoyed the article.  Let me know if you’re interested in a wellness company that offers natural products including household, beauty, nutrition as well as financial.

  2. Wellness is something that we all should strive for as humans. Nevertheless I must confess I do enjoy a nice taco or potato with sour cream from time to time. Determining a wellness company is an interesting proposition. Health and wellness is definitely a booming industry. There are so many different niches to explore. I might consider a wellness company at some point, I thank you for mentioning it and I look forward to reading more of your posts!

    1. Hello Pentrental – When you say that you might consider a wellness company, do you mean as a consumer or an affiliate?

  3. Hi Nathaniel 🙂 I guess your article is a guest post. I’m sorry in advance if I guess wrong.

Hmmm… your definition about the wellness company… I think it’s correct in the health industry so far. These days, I am reading a book about investing. In chapter 5, they mention a “wellness company”-> of course, their definition is more universal.

To investors, a “wellness company” is not only about “manufacturing and selling effective, high quality, natural, health-oriented products to help people live more vibrant, healthier, and happier lives.” -> Investors need to look at the static reports because numbers speak more.

What if a “wellness company” has more debt than the net income? To investors, a “wellness company” needs to has the “durability” -> Investors look at that company:

    1. Net income = the profit after minus all the expense

    2. Equity= the final company value if the company closes down

    3. Gross Sales

    4. Operating cash = the actual cash received at the final, the cash sits in the bank or the safe case.

Nathaniel, If you were an investor, what health company you will invest your money? What specific department of that health company you will focus on? Would you invest your money into that health company for them to improve their health care services?

I am living near the Sea-Tac airport-> I know here Swedish medical group is a “wellness company”-> I want to ask your opinion about it? According to your definition, Swedish is a “wellness company”? Why?

    1. Hello Gnekoda: actually it isn’t a guest post.  I’m the web owner.  I wrote the post to inform readers of the benefits of wellness companies-namely their products and so forth.  I’m not an investor so unfortunately I can’t offer any advice of that nature.  I am familiar with the company wellness company Melaleuca.  They have a great line of products and it is profitable.  However it’s not a public company.
