It seems like the easiest thing to do is to get moving. Changing your eating habits should be easy but it is hard for many of us, but I’m guessing that eating right may be the number one thing on the list to do.
How important is it really to get a full nights rest when it comes to inflammation?

It’s better to prevent inflammation now instead of having to seek a cure after the fact. My main experience with inflammation has been with tendinitis and bursitis from weight lifting. Usually for that, I have to use ice and rest.
most days, I use ice even if there’s not extreme pain, just to help keep down the inflammation. Tendonitis is probably a more specific subject of inflammation but it’s the one I’ve experienced the most. Great article and I will use as many of your tips as I can to limit inflammation.
